  • Develop strategies, design plans, and execute initiatives driving measurable effectiveness in recruiting, product, sales, and business campaigns
  • Craft effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, tailored to local markets
  • Lead development and execution of local market brand awareness, events, promotions, social media, and digital marketing to drive product sales and brand awareness
  • Design marketing strategies for recruiting, product launches, and campaigns
  • Develop and execute tactics to support marketing strategies
  • Track and report on effectiveness of local marketing initiatives using data for future planning
  • Create and manage marketing and sales materials ensuring alignment with KPIs and Kemper guidelines
