Requirements

Responsibilities

The Director of Localization will own and lead the end-to-end localization process across product, marketing, legal, and other key teams to ensure high-quality, culturally adapted content. They will develop and implement a comprehensive localization strategy that supports Spring Health’s global expansion efforts, manage translation and quality vendors, establish and monitor localization quality assurance (LQA) processes, define and track localization KPIs, and partner with various teams to integrate localization into their workflows.
