Reporting to the Director of Global Business Operations, Spring Health is seeking a Director of Localization to lead our global translation and quality processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in localization management, translation, and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of linguistic and cultural nuances.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end localization process across product, marketing, legal, and other key teams.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive localization strategy to support Spring Health’s global expansion efforts.
  • Manage translation and quality vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness, scalability, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Establish and monitor localization quality assurance (LQA) processes to maintain linguistic and cultural accuracy.
  • Define and track localization KPIs, ensuring efficient workflows, optimized translation memory, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, marketers, and legal teams to integrate localization into the product lifecycle.
  • Oversee the localization budget.
  • Escalate risks to leadership as needed.
