Deep understanding of pharma operations workflows across Medical, Safety, Access, Patient
Responsibilities
Own the segment strategy for life sciences: ICP definition, buyer personas, and use case mapping
Develop a category-defining narrative for safe, compliant AI in pharmaceutical operations
Define and own messaging architecture, solution briefs, competitive positioning, and sales enablement content
Translate AI model capabilities (e.g., escalation protocols, human-in-the-loop safety layers) into clear, compliant claims and buyer-ready value propositions
Create demos, talk tracks, objection handling, and ROI calculators to accelerate enterprise adoption
Partner with internal and external teams to create compliant case studies and other assets
Communicate operational outcomes such as adherence, case resolution quality, user satisfaction
Launch account-based marketing (ABM) programs for named pharma accounts with personalization across email, events, and content syndication
Work with marketing team members and go to market teams to drive field marketing strategy across key pharma conferences/events, including booth strategy, speaking submissions, and pre/post campaign execution
Establish performance reporting for funnel metrics, attribution, and campaign effectiveness
