  • 10+ years of experience in product, brand, or marketing within a major brand or agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or related field (or suitable combination of education, experience, and training)
  • Proven creative leadership with expertise across narrative, art direction, and experiential design
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand world building, storytelling, and visual direction
  • Excellent verbal, visual, and presentation skills; adept at communicating and defending ideas
  • Ability to lead and collaborate across large, cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Passion for sport, culture, and creativity — with deep curiosity and understanding of youth and design culture

  • Define and develop distinct Jordan Brand concepts and translate them into full creative worlds
  • Lead and inspire teams through the creative process — from ideation to execution
  • Collaborate across design, marketing, and strategy to align creative vision with business priorities
  • Build presentations, visual narratives, and materials that bring big ideas to life for leadership and teams
  • Partner with external agencies and creative collaborators to elevate creative excellence
  • Stay immersed in sport, culture, and design trends to inform and evolve Jordan’s creative direction
