  • Partnership skills with Regional Legal Head and business leaders to provide strategic advice and guidance on managing risk
  • Experience under leadership of Regional Legal Head and in coordination with Division Integrity & Compliance Head
  • Facilitation of oversight for implementation and effectiveness of the divisional compliance program
  • Ability to chair a cross-functional regional compliance committee to drive compliance and oversee risk management
  • Capability to work with regional management to perpetuate a “tone at the top” reflecting commitment to ethical and legal business conduct
  • Skills in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with global/regional/local business and cross-divisional peers
  • Operational and functional leadership of a regional compliance team
  • Liaison experience with Division, Region, and Local management for assessing compliance coverage, skill, and resource needs
  • Knowledge to manage coordination with Division and cross-divisional peers to establish, maintain, and interpret Group and Divisional policies/procedures, promoting ethical practices and Code of Conduct
  • Ability to drive establishment and maintenance of local procedures for relevant policies at Regional and Country levels, including monitoring framework

  • Engagement skills with Division compliance resources (e.g., Policy and Monitoring Leads) on emerging risks, policy gaps, or enforcement areas
  • Expertise in developing, implementing, and coordinating a regional training strategy on ethical practices, compliance policies (e.g., Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, the Lens), and risks, cascaded to countries
  • Ability to develop and manage guidance/tools for embedding compliance into operations, leadership, performance management, and decision-making
  • Involvement of region/country leadership to leverage compliance messages and maintain awareness (Tone from the Top)
  • Provision of continual advice/guidance to region/country management on compliance topics, challenges, and initiatives
  • Collaboration with Divisional Compliance Function to develop/operationalize effective monitoring program assessing Compliance program effectiveness and improvements
  • Coordination of controls implementation for systematic management of compliance risks
  • Analytical skills for BPO cases, internal audits, and external landscape
