Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategy for the Technology Center, supporting goals and growth objectives of the TWDC Technology Center (aligning to global/regional TWDC Technology objectives and goals, as required)
  • Serve as partner and trusted adviser to the Technology Center Leadership Team and other senior leaders in India
  • Develop, implement, and integrate all human resource policies and programs
  • Hire and develop team members in key human resources areas: Talent Acquisition, Organization & Talent Solutions, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
  • Lead people initiatives involving significant complexity, requiring deep HRBP and organizational transformation experience, including consulting, coaching, and influencing senior executives, leading complex change management projects, and partnering at all levels (local/regional/global stakeholders)
  • Manage and lead the HR organization in India, including HR development, keeping the team highly engaged, encouraging diversity of thought, ongoing development of HR team capabilities, and individual talent management; ensure HR team members are positioned as credible, proactive, and trusted partners across the business
  • Partner closely with the VP, HR (APAC), APAC COEs, and Segment HR to deploy and implement global and regional HR strategies and initiatives at a local level; advise, coach, and support local COE team members on implementation of global/regional projects; maintain collaborative relationships with regional/global partners and share/leverage best practices
  • Maintain and implement compelling and engaging compensation and benefits programs (in partnership with regional C&B lead)
  • Drive talent attraction and engagement, ensuring talent acquisition COE team members deliver through overseeing effective employer brand marketing campaigns and implementing talent acquisition initiatives
