Requirements

  • Extensive HR Business Partner experience (7-10 years), specifically in fast-paced technology environments
  • Generalist background, comfortable with a wide range of HR functions
  • Gaming industry experience is a huge plus
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic influencer, adept at managing diverse stakeholders, capable of driving major initiatives and influencing decision-makers
  • Deep understanding of business operations and ability to connect HR strategy to broader business goals

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to executive leaders, building trusted relationships and offering guidance on complex people and business issues
  • Drive organizational design and change management initiatives, ensuring structure, roles, and processes are optimized for global scale and business goals
  • Proactively manage and influence a diverse group of stakeholders across all levels and functions, bridging the gap between business needs and HR strategy
  • Partner with People COEs and global HRBP teams to deliver seamless HR processes and programs
  • Advise, deliver, and drive the adoption and execution of key HR program cycles, including performance feedback, compensation, promotions, and annual workforce planning
  • Provide strategic and hands-on coaching to leaders, focusing on people development and performance management
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team to build talent and succession strategies that support team growth and individual development
  • Partner with Employee Relations and Legal to address situations and diagnose underlying ER issues, developing proactive strategies to address them
  • Champion and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into organizational design, talent strategy, and programs
  • Use a data-driven approach to lead organizational design and implement talent management, succession planning, compensation, and retention strategies
