Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Minimum 6-8 years management experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail
  • Passionate about Marketing and Retail
  • Proven ability to lead a team, providing clear direction and accountability to grow and develop talent
  • Skilled at crafting strategic and detailed plans that are easy for geography teams to implement, including Test and Learn initiatives and diverse consumer experiences
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and persuasive presentations to senior leadership
  • Outstanding leadership and coaching skills to lead functional teams and large cross-functional projects
  • Proactive, accountable, and goal-oriented; able to turn strategy into action while managing multiple projects with converging timelines
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments, making sound judgment calls and shifts as needed
  • Relentlessly curious about consumers and their world, leading with confidence, credibility, and reliability
  • Background in marketing and retail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of marketing products and services within physical retail environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing vision and strategy for the Jordan Brand Field of Play across integrated retail marketplaces
  • Develop and execute marketing plans grounded in consumer and product journeys
  • Manage a team focused on end-to-end retail marketing execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Jordan and Nike Global and Geography partners
  • Stay current on the latest retail trends and industry best practices
  • Drive initiatives that bring the Jordan Streetwear Field of Play to market effectively
  • Foster relationships and collaboration across multiple teams to ensure alignment and success
  • Lead and develop a team delivering on Brand Marketing strategy and evolution of the Jordan Streetwear Field of Play across store formats including Monobrand environments, Nike Direct environments, and Marketplace Partners
  • Focus on consumer journeys prioritizing Jordan Brand Streetwear initiatives, driving traffic, engagement, and conversion
