Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build operational capabilities, infrastructure, rhythms, and planning frameworks that allow DEI strategy to scale and succeed
  • Deliver insights, dashboards, and scorecards that measure impact and guide decisions
  • Create and maintain playbooks, toolkits, and operating rhythms
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and strategic effectiveness
  • Ensure systems, partnerships, and access are in place to make DEI accessible and actionable for all teams
  • Craft compelling, data-driven narratives that make DEI work visible, resonant, and aligned with NIKE’s brand and values
  • Lead the development and delivery of executive presentations, business review decks, and internal/external communications
  • Support enterprise-wide DEI visibility and engagement through storytelling platforms
  • Oversee global DEI operations, including process optimization and budget management
  • Ensure seamless coordination across DEI initiatives and geographies
  • Support readiness and activation efforts across retail, DCs, and corporate teams
  • Track and monitor progress vis a vis measures of success
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
  • Facilitate communication flow and alignment across the DEI team
  • Prepare DEI leadership for key meetings, public appearances, and board engagements
  • Manage priorities and workflows to focus on critical initiatives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
