Strong leadership, team management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, risk assessment, exceptional organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools are also necessary.
The Director of Global Compliance will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of global compliance procedures aligned with international background screening regulations and data privacy laws. This role involves monitoring and interpreting global regulatory changes, assessing business impacts, and proactively adjusting strategies. Responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert, designing and managing compliance training programs, identifying process improvements, and measuring compliance program performance. The Director will also lead and develop a global compliance team, establish team goals and KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve compliance issues and support customer-facing teams with compliance communication and education.
