Requirements

12+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in engineering management, including leading other managers
A clear understanding of master data management (MDM) - what it is, why it matters, and the common technical challenges involved. Must have familiarity with core concepts of MDM including entity resolution, survivorship, lineage, history, and data ingress/egress. Prior hands-on experience is a big plus but a strong conceptual grasp is required
Experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Data integration or integration platforms

Responsibilities

Lead a significant part of the engineering team: Establish best practices, design, and implement product capabilities and platform architecture to build a scalable, performant, and available provider data management platform
Ensure timely deliveries with high quality: Identify initiatives, design solutions, ensure teams are able to deliver, and drive comprehensive test coverage
Enhance Observability: Build and manage monitoring and observability frameworks, including logging and alerting systems, to improve system resilience
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to support scalable, high-quality releases and ensure smooth operations across development
Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team, promoting skill development and fostering a high-performance culture
Strategic Influence: Contribute to CertifyOS's broader technical strategy, supporting our mission to build a robust, scalable, and enterprise-ready platform
