  • 15+ years of progressive experience in the diagnostics industry, with deep expertise in specialty channel development and distributor management
  • 7+ years of direct, front-line sales experience, demonstrating strong distributor engagement, marketing acumen, and the ability to build long-term strategic relationships with specialty channel customers
  • 5+ years of successful sales team leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of eight Distribution Field Managers, ensuring consistent execution of Infectious Disease strategies and tactics nationwide
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with field sales leadership from our five primary distribution partners to co-develop growth strategies, resolve field-level collaboration challenges, and align on joint initiatives
  • Align field execution with broader distribution strategies to optimize channel performance and support commercial goals
  • Represent the distribution customer internally, surfacing market insights, identifying opportunities for innovation, and escalating emerging challenges to the Infectious Disease Commercial Leadership team
  • Partner with internal teams including marketing, sales, market access, contracts & pricing, and operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives
  • Track market trends and key performance indicators, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategy and enhance field impact
