  • Senior leadership and executive presence to lead Japan DSG team and collaborate with APAC/global DSG leaders
  • Skills in building and nurturing sales pipeline

  • Experience working with marketing to scale thought leadership
  • Capability to present at external events and Adobe conferences
  • Knowledge of Adobe’s vision for industry, GTM, solutions, and white space modelling for new sales opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support analysis for DSG strategic engagements with current and prospective Adobe customers on major deals in Japan
  • Act as a strategic adviser to drive business growth, optimize customer experience, amplify brand awareness, lower costs, and improve productivity
  • Lead a team of experts to conduct analyses, interviews, develop insights, identify use cases, model commercial value, and deliver recommendations on Adobe solutions across Digital Experience and Digital Media clouds
  • Serve as a thought leader on digital innovation, trends, use cases, business case modelling, and relevant research
  • Enable the field (sales, renewals, solution consultants, partners) on industry points of view and value-led conversations
  • Build and nurture sales pipeline
  • Run executive connects with C-suite industry executives
  • Work with Marketing to scale thought leadership and extend reach
  • Present at external events and Adobe’s major conferences
  • Align with Adobe’s industry vision, GTM, and solutions
  • Perform white space modelling to identify new sales opportunities
  • Lead the Japan DSG team and collaborate with other DSG leaders across APAC and globally
