Strong understanding of key businesses supported to drive FP&A consultative work
Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders (Director to Presidents/GMs) to provide business consultation and financial guidance
Capability to create and present insightful financial analysis for stakeholders and senior Finance management
Experience overseeing development of commentary/cause of change explanations for management and client-specific reports
Skills to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency in financial planning processes, tools, and reporting
Leadership experience to lead, develop, and motivate a team of Finance professionals
Availability to be at the office 4 days a week in either NYC or Los Angeles
Responsibilities
Lead the DE DTC Marketing Finance – Strategic Finance team
Conduct ad hoc analysis to inform Annual Operating Plan
Produce master Long Range Plan financial model for scenario analysis
Produce recurring Forecast Executive Updates (summarizing overall Marketing narrative/key themes)
Produce DTC Marketing Fact Pack (Marketing investment levels, trends, KPIs for segments/regions)
Produce Marketing KPIs Workbook (tracking country-level KPIs on spend, signups, LTV, ROI)
Conduct comprehensive after-action-reviews of Disney Streaming promotional offers (evaluating Brand Marketing investment, title releases, performance marketing, value creation)
Partner with Marketing Analytics on MMM (media mix modeling) attribution models and historical spend inputs
Monitor weekly media spend tracker for highest-spend titles and forecast up to four weeks ahead
Assess incremental budget requests for specific titles (spend per first stream, tiering analysis)
Maintain centralized information on brand campaign timing and budgets across DTC platforms/products
