Practice Description

Accordion's Data & Analytics (D&A) team offers cutting-edge, intelligent solutions to a global clientele, leveraging a blend of domain knowledge, sophisticated technology tools, and deep analytics capabilities to tackle complex business challenges. We partner with Private Equity clients and their Portfolio Companies across diverse sectors, including Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Media & Entertainment, Technology, and Logistics. We deliver data and analytical solutions designed to streamline reporting capabilities and enhance business insights across vast and complex data sets ranging from Sales, Operations, Marketing, Pricing, Customer Strategies, and more.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of data architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Evaluate and suggest appropriate data management tools/platforms to recommend analyses that can deliver results for the client.
  • Translate business requirements into logical and physical design of databases, data warehouses, and data streams.
  • Develop end-to-end Business Intelligence framework based on requirements, including recommending appropriate architecture (on-premises or cloud-based), analytics and reporting.
  • Work closely with the D&A Business and Technology teams to guide in-solution development and implementation.
  • Conduct training programs and knowledge transfer sessions to junior developers when needed.
  • Recommend improvements to provide optimum reporting solutions.
  • Research and track the latest developments in data technologies.
