Position Overview

The primary point of contact and leader for client relationships, prioritizing client satisfaction (measured by NPS) through a 360-degree understanding of the account and strategic priorities. This role involves leading cross-functional teams through non-hierarchical leadership to strengthen the relationship between NIQ and the client, while also identifying opportunities to grow the business relationship. The position requires leadership of teams responsible for the relationship between NIQ and its key clients, with strong methodological knowledge of NIQ and its products, and the ability to build positive relationships in complex environments.


Responsibilities

  • Generate value-driven relationships with clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Own the client relationship and lead the account in coordination with Industry Insights, Account Development, and Client Response teams to provide comprehensive service.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the client's strategic needs to define, execute, and follow up on the client account plan.
  • Foster positive connections that translate into new sales opportunities for the company.
  • Elevate conversations within the client organization at both strategic and service levels.
  • Monitor service indicators and the service model.
  • Manage and coordinate work teams through non-hierarchical leadership.
  • Demonstrate enjoyment in managing diverse, parallel, and interdisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical capabilities.
  • Knowledge of NielsenIQ data.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify business and key clients within accounts.
