  • Capability to integrate insights from various sources into actionable opportunities
  • Experience providing quantitative analyses and developing business cases
  • Familiarity with Tactic Measurement, Marketing Mix, and Forecasting integration
  • Ability to identify opportunities for new capabilities and AI technologies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, interacting with marketing, commercial operations (digital analytics, data governance, sales analytics), and IT
  • Experience establishing and maintaining business relationships across key segments

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of data-based insights to inform brand, franchise, and business unit strategy and execution
  • Lead performance/KPI development and reporting, including best practice sharing across therapeutic areas (TAs)
  • Collaborate with brand marketing leadership to establish an annual business analytics plan for each brand
  • Leverage data and analytics to develop key insights for each brand’s strategy through the BPOA (Brand Plan of Action) process
  • Conduct analytics projects on business issues, including HCP and patient segmentation, customer journey and treatment flow analytics, sampling strategy and analytics
  • Design and implement HQ-facing dashboards and reports for performance reporting and diagnostics
  • Evaluate potential new secondary data sources and analytics methodologies to elevate business analytics impact
  • Lead integration of insights and analysis from various sources to inform decisions and deliver robust opportunities and market context
  • Consolidate data and information into actionable brand opportunities
  • Provide objective quantitative analyses and lead development of business cases for key opportunities and critical business issues
  • Collaborate within the department to integrate business analytics context into Tactic Measurement, Marketing Mix work, and Forecasting
  • Identify opportunities to integrate new capabilities and AI technologies
  • Interact with internal customers including marketing, commercial operations (digital analytics, data governance, sales analytics), and IT
  • Establish and maintain business relationships in key segments
