Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of management experience in the medical device, health care services, or a related industry. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a high school degree or GED required. Experience in a cardiac monitoring company or an acute care setting like a Telemetry Unit, ICU, or Cardiac Cath Lab is necessary, along with a strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. A Master of Health Administration or MBA is highly preferred, and being a Registered Nurse or equivalent is preferred.
The Director, Clinical Operations will lead a team of over 200 employees, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to operational standards. They will oversee the management of high patient volumes to enhance efficiency and patient experience, and develop frontline managers to strengthen leadership capabilities. This role involves driving strict adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring the delivery of safe and quality patient care, and managing day-to-day clinical operations support services. The Director will also partner with HR for recruitment, manage fiscal responsibilities and cost efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous quality improvement activities. They will evaluate and communicate quality metrics, engage with stakeholders, and support the development of clinical management and operations support teams, establishing good clinical practice aligned with the company's patient and quality-first culture.
