Responsibilities

This role involves leading a team of Account Leads to deliver influencer marketing campaigns for enterprise clients, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality campaign execution. Responsibilities include monitoring team bandwidth, fostering accountability, owning the quality of campaign deliverables, and reviewing key client materials. The Director will also oversee campaign KPIs, manage risks, optimize performance, and partner with Sales and Strategy during presale activities. Additionally, they will recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, provide coaching, implement workflow improvements, and partner with other departments to roll out scalable systems. Acting as a thought leader on creator economy trends and educating internal teams and clients on best practices are also key duties.
