Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Office Capital Markets to secure controlled opportunities
  • Lead targeted programs to grow institutional business activity
  • Respond to internal referrals and participate in national capital markets calls
  • Initiate regular client meetings and informal engagements
  • Ensure accurate reporting in partnership with Marketing and Information teams
  • Meet monthly revenue targets
  • Enhance Colliers’ profile through media and public relations
  • Share cross-divisional referral opportunities
