Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing business and technical management of the Business Intelligence (BI) platform development, including operations, projects, and commercialization for broad adoption
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to maintain executive-level reporting with zero quality defects and on-time delivery
  • Conduct executive reporting, competitive intelligence, and associated policies, methodologies, and resources
  • Spearhead modeling and analytics efforts to provide insights into new product launches/initiatives
  • Design and develop analytical reporting metrics and dashboards for critical business units and processes for senior leadership
  • Communicate with senior leadership on strategic matters
  • Design and develop quantitative analysis to support data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Oversee and serve as subject matter expert on Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Create actionable recommendations to improve business performance
  • Manage data gathering efforts with internal and external business partners
  • Serve as key liaison between business and IT groups, acquire/deliver business requirements, and manage external vendors
  • Manage all BI department projects, including milestones/deadlines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships
  • Provide thought leadership by identifying new BI platforms that drive business value
