Responsibilities

  • Partner closely across Jordan teams from Business Integration (Global to Geo) to Planning, Finance and Strategy
  • Work in close partnership with the Global Nike Central CODE team to align on process while ensuring delivery on the specific needs of the Jordan consumer
  • Partner to operationalize our Sport-Led Offense end to end to drive efficiency, speed and precision in how we dream, build and deliver seasons
  • Serve as the Jordan primary contact with Nike Central CODE
  • Coach and mentor direct report and dotted-line Jordan Geo CODE managers
  • Model the way with energy, attitude and professional maturity
  • Uphold shared standards of excellence
  • Serve as the primary Jordan partner to Nike Central CODE and work back through appropriate Jordan people and functions as the CODE authority to deliver E2E
  • Partner with Jordan Geo’s on the integration of Global and Geo CODE gates and dates to deliver E2E excellence
  • Lead Business Integration kick-off and post analysis for each Global CODE gate (in partnership with relevant sport or functional BI leader)
  • Take ownership in the clear and creative ways we enroll the entire brand in CODE celebrating it as a path to our greatness
  • Partner with Planning and BI to harmonize Rhythm of the Game IBAs to ensure connectivity to build, manage and deliver seasons with precision
  • Partner with Sr Director Business Integration on projects and initiatives to operationalize Jordan standards to build a Culture of Greatness, operationalize the Sport Offense to drive consumer love and marketplace growth and expand Brand capabilities to add durability and flexibility to keep pace with speed of change
