Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of M&A integration projects
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams
  • Document integration needs, risks, and issues, escalating as needed
  • Manage execution of enterprise initiatives
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and dashboards
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and track deliverables to closure
  • Administer the product development request intake and prioritization process
  • Maintain transparency of prioritization and ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines and requirements
  • Map and document business processes to highlight gaps and transformation opportunities
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and define future-state processes
  • Support implementation of new tools and process changes
  • Prepare regular project updates, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and key performance metrics
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support project execution
