As Director of Integrated Marketing (Brand) at Ada, you will be the architect and steward of our global brand presence. In this leadership role, you’ll bring to life a bold and distinct voice for Ada - one that inspires trust, builds loyalty, and positions us as the AI platform of choice for customer service leaders. You will oversee a cross-functional team spanning campaign strategy, creative development, brand design, and social media. Your mandate: to drive measurable business impact through world-class brand storytelling and full-funnel integrated marketing. This includes developing global and regional campaigns, owning our social media strategy, building strategic partnerships, and scaling creative excellence across every customer touchpoint.

You’re a brand visionary and execution powerhouse. You understand how to connect the dots across channels, teams, and regions to deliver integrated programs that are both memorable and measurable.

You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, love rallying teams around big ideas, and are constantly looking for smarter ways to work - especially with AI and automation at your fingertips.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in integrated marketing and brand leadership roles at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience leading global teams.
  • Experience leading multi-million-dollar budgets.
