Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically focused on health plan commercial strategy, either within a carrier, at a management consulting firm, or at a technology company selling health plan solutions.
The Director & Associate General Manager will define and monitor key metrics for their channel, translating performance insights and competitive intelligence into priorities for organizational action, developing the long-term growth strategy and financial model, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop engagement plans, evaluating opportunities to enter new lines of business, and leading projects to respond to challenges and opportunities within the Health Plan channel.
