Responsibilities

  • Commerce : Piloter la stratégie commerciale et optimiser l'expérience client omnicanale ; animer la stratégie Marque et Merchandising Kiabi ; veiller aux tendances émergentes
  • Management : Inspirer, développer et fidéliser les équipes en favorisant leur autonomie et responsabilisation ; accompagner le changement et la transformation via des projets stratégiques
  • Business / Gestion : Optimiser les ressources et performances pour assurer la rentabilité ; garantir la stratégie d'entreprise ; optimiser les parts de marché (tous canaux) pour développer le chiffre d'affaires et le résultat d'exploitation
  • Expansion : Développer le réseau et les parts de marché de la zone en identifiant les potentiels de croissance
  • Sécurité : Garantir la sécurité, le bien-être et le respect des règles dans tous les magasins de la région
  • Piloter la stratégie de l'entreprise dans la zone PACA
  • Être le moteur de la croissance omnicanale et du développement des parts de marché
  • Inspirer, développer et optimiser l'activité des magasins (succursales & affiliés) pour une expérience client exceptionnelle et l'atteinte des objectifs
