  • Formation supérieure BAC +5
  • Au minimum 5 ans d’expérience réussie dans le développement de partenariats en BtoB et BtoBtoC dans le secteur assurantiel
  • Maîtrise des techniques de ventes complexes
  • Connaissance des produits et du marché assurantiel, appuyée par un réseau solide
  • Réelle appétence pour l’animation réseau
  • Sens de l’initiative et résistance au stress
  • Capacité à collaborer et incarnation des valeurs de l’entreprise (Intégrité, Innovation, Pragmatisme, Résultats)
  • Appétence technique (actuarielle, marketing et juridique), réactivité et sens de l’organisation
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais professionnel indispensable

Responsibilities

  • Développer de nouveaux contrats en France ou dans le cadre de partenariats européens/mondiaux avec des Clients Grands Comptes
  • Construire des relations durables avec les Clients Grands Comptes
  • Développer de nouvelles offres et propositions en BtoBtoC ou B2B ou B2C
  • Contribuer activement à la définition de la stratégie produit
  • S’assurer de connaître l’ensemble des offres de l’entreprise et la communication sur les offres existantes au sein de l’équipe commerciale
  • Assurer un haut niveau de qualité des propositions commerciales sur le fond et la forme en sollicitant et coordonnant les réponses des différentes fonctions de l’entreprise
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes globales pour tirer le meilleur parti des ressources existantes
  • Contribuer à la satisfaction du client final en mettant en œuvre des programmes d’assurance respectueux du client final
  • Assurer la conformité des offres avec la réglementation en vigueur
  • Assurer la veille marché et la veille concurrentielle
