Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all replenishment-related performance metrics for the Area (Target Service Levels, DIOH, spoilage, inventory adjustments, freight optimization)
  • Actively engage in Area-level staff meetings on replenishment performance, represent replenishment, and own follow-ups
  • Oversee replenishment execution and inventory management activities, including gap to target DIOH levels
  • Oversee Area Buyers for timely PO issuance using SOQ and optimal parameters
  • Root cause stock outs and shorts with buyer team, finalize recovery actions for outages
  • Oversee Operations Support Specialists for PO updates/changes, escalate supply delay issues to transportation/DC/merchandising
  • Work with Buyer team to resolve billing/costing discrepancies through CASIS
  • Provide local ownership for service performance, special events, and ensure timely assignment of service requests
  • Support Area sales events by managing demand forecasts and partnering with Sales/Merchandising
  • Oversee major customer/item transitions (start-up, ramp-down, assortment changes) with process expertise and cross-functional support
  • Triage and resolve acute/seasonal Area service issues (e.g., hurricanes, education ramp-up)
