Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada, as sponsorship will not be provided. The role requires the ability to travel 25% of the time. Preferred qualifications include 1+ years of experience leading the implementation, validation, and deployment of scalable simulation and emulation technology in industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Auto & Tire, Consumer Goods, and Warehousing & Logistics. Additionally, 1+ years of experience developing in Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, .NET, or related languages, experience with Agile methodologies, experience with industrial standard simulation and emulation software like Emulate3D or Sim3D, and experience conducting technical evaluations of client infrastructure are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Digital Twin Analyst will work in a client-facing role to help clients apply Digital Twin capabilities to business problems, focusing on extracting value from cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing solutions for various industries, leading the development of simulation and virtual commissioning models, and representing the company at industry events. The role involves managing development backlogs, assigning tasks to junior engineers, developing technical and functional specifications, performing data modeling and requirements definition, conducting unit testing and code reviews, and implementing DevOps practices. Client support, including troubleshooting, software upgrades, and enhancements, is also a key responsibility, along with status reporting to both the team and clients, managing requirements from multiple clients, and working with diverse teams. Contributing to internal initiatives and tool building is also expected.
