  • Ability to collaborate on industry & partner strategy (align Adobe ecosystem, coordinate go-to-market efforts)
  • Passion for developing insights and recommendations in strategy engagements (2-6 weeks each) for senior customers in Telco and M&E

Responsibilities

  • Participate in multiple strategy engagements for C-level leadership at Adobe’s Enterprise customers in Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications, using techniques like digital benchmarking, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, and architecture assessments to deliver recommendations
  • Conduct experience design activities: run ethnographic interviews and journey diagnostics to identify unmet needs and build new web/mobile experiences
  • Perform analytics and benchmarking: leverage Adobe’s analytics dataset to compare digital business performance, reveal insights, and recommend optimizations
  • Conduct economic impact analysis: evaluate improvements to customer journeys/business capabilities for revenue growth/cost reduction, size opportunities, prioritize recommendations, and help write business cases
  • Perform experience architecture assessments: analyze technology landscape and data strategy, recommend new solutions, integrations, and use cases
  • Contribute to industry leadership: collaborate on Adobe’s industry perspective and thought leadership assets for demand generation and enablement; be the voice of the industry for product strategy
  • Collaborate on industry & partner strategy: deepen Adobe’s footprint, align internal/partner ecosystem, and coordinate go-to-market efforts
  • Engage and network across Adobe teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services) and rotate across DSG industry teams to build expertise
