Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with clients and/or their advisors preferred
Familiarity with the financial services landscape, particularly custodial banking and asset servicing
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Solid understanding of accounting principles (custody, debits, credits) is desirable
Excellent time and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Power BI, and Copilot
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams including Technology, Product, and Client Service
Proactive approach to learning and expanding skill sets
Willingness to travel, including potential international travel (primarily Canada), to support client engagements
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for all client-facing digital experiences, ensuring optimal solutions and operational efficiency
Provide training and support on online tools and applications, including customized access, views, and settings
Develop and deliver tailored digital solutions; communicate enhancements and new offerings to clients
Lead onboarding of new clients to Northern Trust’s digital platforms, including identifying custom reporting needs and coordinating with clients and development teams
Present current and upcoming capabilities in client meetings
Act as the client advocate to Product teams, contributing to the development and enhancement of digital delivery channels
Support clients during product rollouts and enhancements to ensure seamless transitions
Consult with institutional trust and custody clients and prospects to analyze and determine product implementation needs as they relate to institutional trust and custody products
Work with clients, prospects, partners, and investment managers to provide beginning-to-end implementation of product solutions
Work with the sales and/or client service team to ensure that all partners understand the service needs in order to establish the proper ongoing support
