Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the European digital wholesale strategy for Columbia and Sorel, aligned with regional and global priorities
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate a multicultural team of Digital Sales Managers and Account Specialists across different markets
  • Manage partnerships with key online accounts, driving turnover and margin growth through strong planning, forecasting, and execution
  • Develop and roll out a sustainable marketplace model that elevates the brand, enhances digital footprint, and customer reach
  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and DTC teams to optimize content, assortment, and sell-through performance
  • Track, analyze, and report on digital business performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Act as a digital thought leader internally, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in online sales
