  • Übernimm die Verantwortung für ein Portfolio an HPE GreenLake Bestandskunden in der Schweiz und sei ihre erste Kontaktperson, welche die Geschäftsziele, Projektprioritäten und die gewünschten Ergebnisse der Kunden versteht
  • Begleite das Kundenwachstum und identifiziere Up- und Cross-Selling Potentiale
  • Hilf deinen Kunden dabei, das Beste aus den Lösungen von HPE herauszuholen und sicherzustellen, dass die gewünschten Ergebnisse verstanden und erzielt werden
  • Decke die gesamte Zusammenarbeit mit Bestandskunden ab: Vom Onboarding bis zur Erweiterung der Lösungen in neue Geschäftsbereiche
  • Entwickle und pflege einen Erfolgsplan, in dem die Ziele und Zeitpläne festgehalten werden und stelle sicher, dass die Kunden während der gesamten Journey eine konstant positive Erfahrung erleben
