Responsibilities

  • Scope, plan, and prioritize digital projects for the Brand team, collaborating across UX, Product, and Events teams for websites, shop pages, platforms, and products
  • Build timelines, manage resources, and lead stand-ups and status meetings to ensure efficient progress
  • Traffic work through multiple teams, enforcing timelines to ensure smooth delivery outcomes
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, solving issues early to keep projects on track
  • Own and manage timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules to ensure accurate application of DJ brands across digital surfaces
  • Oversee execution of digital and UX design projects, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards, design intent, content strategy, audience needs, and accessibility requirements
  • Manage review and approval cycles, coordinating feedback and ensuring implementation through design, UAT, and launch
  • Ensure pre-launch QA to validate accuracy, functionality, responsiveness, and alignment with brand and UX principles
  • Act as a central point of contact for project updates, aligning teams and stakeholders to project goals
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication across cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of priorities, timelines, and project status
  • Support the Lead UX Designer by managing project logistics, enabling focus on strategy and design execution
  • In collaboration with Sr. Program Manager, build and refine workflows and processes to improve delivery efficiency, reduce risk, and scale production capacity
  • Track project outcomes and identify opportunities to enhance future projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard of brand and UX quality
  • Maintain a big picture vision of multiple workstreams and objectives, while managing end-to-end delivery of digital projects from scoping through launch and post-launch follow-up
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, stakeholders, and feedback to keep multiple projects on track
  • Liaise with stakeholders across design, marketing, product, and engineering
  • Manage content needs, coordination, development, delivery, and approvals
  • Flag potential delays with solutions-focused recommendations to keep delivery on time
  • Ensure all work meets brand, UX, and accessibility standards
