Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and maintain marketing collateral (pitch decks, product one-pagers, case studies, FAQs) articulating value to employer clients and benefits consultants
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing the internal sales asset library for current messaging and tools
  • Contribute to multi-channel campaigns for key client segments, verticals, or initiatives (e.g., GLP-1 cost management, DEI, musculoskeletal health), coordinating across email, paid media, social, and events
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging B2B-focused content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) promoting product features, updates, and company news
  • Monitor social channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and competitor activity in wellbeing and HR tech industries
  • Analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvement
  • Assist in creation, segmentation, and deployment of email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, promotional emails, case studies) to nurture leads and engage B2B clients/prospects
  • Conduct A/B testing on email elements (subject lines, CTAs, content) to optimize performance
  • Track email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and report on effectiveness
  • Support updating and optimizing website content (product pages, landing pages, blog posts) for accuracy, SEO best practices, and alignment with B2B wellbeing marketing objectives and brand guidelines
