Requirements

  • Interact with sales/pursuit team in country and work with them to understand customer requirements and create quotes
  • Identify technological solutions needed to fulfill customer's business objectives and interact with people (customer and internal HPE) at all levels and geographies
  • Work in collaboration with sales to develop pricing quotes and Statement of Work (SoW) for in-pursuit deals
  • As Solution Architect with country Pursuit Team, develop end-to-end solutions for managed services delivery to exempted customers
  • Identify and contribute to projects to improve services, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team efficiency
  • Technical writing skills to publish required documents
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive the conversation/discussion
  • Strong customer focus with ability to manage escalations, balancing needs of customer and HPE teams (Sales/Pursuit/Delivery)
  • Basic technical skills (inferred from context)
  • Intermediate level of subject matter expertise to solve common technical problems
  • Work independently within an established framework with moderate supervision
  • Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge
  • Ability to provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams

  • Accountable for consistent chargeability levels (or expense relief for internal teams) and assisting in meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals
  • Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and providing technical support for deal proposals
