At least 3 years of IT experience in implementation, presales, or service delivery within data centers
Intermediate English proficiency
Solid technical foundation
Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
Strong teamwork to collaborate and deliver solutions more effectively and document knowledge to share with others
Knowledge of AWS, networking, or similar technologies

Responsibilities

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
Deliver assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project
Understand a broad spectrum of the company's technology to deliver part of a detailed technical design that meets customer requirements
Perform tasks such as installing new systems applications; updating applications, firmware, and drivers; creating boundaries; performing configuration and testing activities; applications programming for assigned modules; assisting in technical presentations and demonstrations; and participating in customer meetings
Work with minimal direction from the technical lead and customer representatives to accomplish assigned tasks
Contribute to design for specific deliverables and assist in the development of technical solutions
Participate as part of a team and maintain good relationships with team members and customers
Understand the company strategy and individual role within it
Use knowledge tools, reuse information for projects and professional development
Contribute to technical forums within the company and local professional communities
Act as a trusted advisor to create and maintain effective customer relationships for customer satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge
Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio with technical knowledge and methodologies from customer projects
Shape technical direction and strategies within the organization and for external customers
Achieve consistent and significant chargeability levels and assist in meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating new business opportunities and providing technical support for deal proposals
Apply intermediate level of subject matter expertise to solve common technical problems and provide analysis and recommendations
