Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field (any graduation accepted)
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, channel marketing, or trade marketing in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM, and influencer marketing
  • Ability to manage activations, sponsorships, POSM deployment, and trade marketing programs
  • Experience in coordinating with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for project and vendor management
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools to measure performance and optimize strategies
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners
  • Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and measure ROI
  • Proficiency in P2P processes, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing tools
  • Industry experience in automotive, lubricants, industrial, or related sectors is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for consumer and B2B audiences, aligning with global brand strategies
  • Plan and execute social media marketing, CRM, and email campaigns to enhance online visibility and customer engagement
  • Optimize e-commerce strategies by supporting new product launches and promotional activities on digital platforms
  • Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, generate insights, and refine marketing strategies
  • Support execution of sell-out campaigns, activations, sponsorships, trade programs, and customer events
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy point-of-sale materials (POSM), promotional assets, and merchandising programs
  • Collaborate with third-party agencies, sales teams, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs
  • Conduct market research and feedback analysis to optimize trade marketing activities and improve channel performance
  • Locally manage vendor coordination, including new vendor onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking
  • Ensure signage programs adhere to local regulations and branding guidelines
  • Monitor vendor and program performance
