Requirements

  • 5+ years producer/project management experience with digital designers and creative contributors

  • Ability to create, manage and deliver on deadlines with creative designers and other collaborators
  • Proactive, able to think ahead and identify issues or bottlenecks before they arise in creative production
  • Creating and handling timelines in project management tools (ex. Monday.com, Asana, Airtable)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with team members from Design, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to refine product briefs into execution ready requirements and ambitious project milestones and deadlines
  • Collaborate with UX and visual designers to transform bold concepts into refined and impactful features
  • Lead communication between teams on a project, ensuring bi-directional feedback is delivered clearly, concisely, and understood across technical and non-technical collaborators
  • Create and track work in project management software, ensuring team awareness of and adherence to deadlines
  • Ensure teams have everything they need to complete projects and deliverables against inflexible delivery dates
  • Learn the Rockstar brand to uphold creative vision and high-quality standards across all projects
