The Digital Marketing Manager will drive planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic and paid search campaigns across platforms, focusing on customer acquisition and lifecycle engagement, ensuring cohesive strategy across Display, Video, and Search. They will build, manage, optimize, and troubleshoot diverse programmatic and SEM campaigns across the marketing funnel, leveraging market-leading DSPs, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads to achieve Fullscript’s growth goals. The role involves analyzing large data sets to pull meaningful insights related to campaign performance and providing actionable recommendations to optimize results, as well as collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success. Furthermore, the manager will play a key role in driving Fullscript’s digital advertising strategy, refining processes, and contributing to Fullscript's growth objectives, overseeing budget management, spend delivery, and margin tracking, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and clients.
