Requirements

The Digital Marketing Manager should possess approximately five years of experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, demonstrating success in growth marketing, performance marketing, and customer acquisition across diverse segments and markets. They should have expertise in content strategy and tactics, including various content forms and placements to nurture leads through the customer journey, as well as experience building customer journeys in partnership with Product/Engineering and facilitating progress via lifecycle campaigns. Strong digital channel and tooling knowledge, including Web, SEO, SEM, Social, Email, and Events/Webinars, is required, along with the ability to connect them across the customer journey and understand the vendor landscape. Experience in B2B technology and/or the cannabis industry is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building, delivering, and measuring B2B integrated marketing campaigns to increase engagement and awareness with prospects and customers. This includes championing the customer experience, developing campaigns that shepherd customers through a delightful journey, and working closely with the Sales organization to equip them with the right tools to connect with leads and grow their books of business. You will also be responsible for proactive driving and ownership, taking initiative to find simple paths forward, continuously testing your work to generate improvements, and regularly adapting and reprioritizing your work based on market dynamics, as well as providing reporting and analytics to demonstrate the impact of your deliverables on revenue.
