Responsibilities

  • Ensure coherence and optimization of the digital customer journey across platforms like AEM, Salesforce, and Marketo
  • Develop and optimize workflows between CRM and marketing automation, including lead management, data analysis, and reporting
  • Set up and optimize marketing automation flows, newsletters, and event communication from registration to reminders and follow-up
  • Drive maintenance and further development of Deloitte.dk with focus on backend development, building and optimizing landing pages, and integrations
  • Explore and implement new technologies and approaches (e.g., AI tools, integrations, SEO/AEO) to elevate the digital setup and increase online visibility
