Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a digital designer, with proficiency in digital design, e-commerce, user interface webpage designs, and social media designs. Basic motion graphics and video editing skills are important. Experience in producing B2C digital collateral in a fast-paced environment and an excellent understanding of technical constraints and design regulations for digital assets are required. Strong knowledge of interaction design, mobile design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process is also necessary, along with good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
The Digital Designer will create, design, and develop digital assets for interactive campaigns, including email, microsites, landing pages, social media, e-commerce channels, and online banner advertising, ensuring designs remain on-brand. They will develop engaging user interface designs by understanding user flows and customer-centric design principles, and collaborate with project managers, content strategists, copywriters, and UX designers. The role involves proposing and presenting sound rationale for work, producing basic motion graphics and videos for social channels, and collaborating with the team to ensure designs are innovative and optimized for digital channels. Responsibilities also include adhering to digital best practices, pushing creative boundaries with cutting-edge styles and new trends, maintaining a mobile-first mindset, and actively participating in brainstorming sessions.
