Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience building and delivering digital product experiences for B2B or B2C companies. Experience designing for commerce, solopreneurs, and small business owners is a plus, as is experience integrating new product lines into existing product suites. A strong portfolio showcasing quality persona-based experiences, including activation and engagement projects, is required. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to flex across projects and teams, possess expert design storytelling skills, and understand the balance between business goals, team processes, and user needs in relation to usable design systems. Authorization to work lawfully in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Designer will design holistic and scalable solutions for a new product area focused on monetizing time through offerings like webinars and digital assets. They will inspire and align cross-functional teams by communicating design approaches through storytelling. Responsibilities include driving discovery work to understand commerce habits, building personas and user journeys, and partnering with designers, product managers, engineers, content designers, and researchers to refine the Calendly experience. The role also involves partnering with the design system team to improve design patterns and engaging with customers to ensure usability.
