Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in a Customer Success position, ideally in the SaaS-industry
  • Fluent proficiency in English and German
  • Proactive and prefer working in a results-oriented culture
  • Capability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio of clients
  • Ability to express your ideas through data in a clear and concise manner, both in writing and orally
  • Strong interest for the digital industry, education and e-learning in particular

Responsibilities

  • Support clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform
  • Lead the setup and support for clients across UK and German markets during the launch of their new collaborative learning software
  • Ensure the renewal of contracts by coordinating different resources (technical, educational, etc.)
  • Ensure the business impact of the solution is in line with the client’s business objectives
  • Work closely with the EMEA account management team to ensure client KPIs are met
  • Create and develop processes to handle a one-to-many approach, reporting and communication processes
  • Within 1 month: Master the product and Convexity corporate culture; familiarize yourself with CS team processes and tools; participate in first customer meetings
  • Within 2 months: Host first customer meetings and get peer feedback; start new projects with new clients; participate in Discovery Meetings to identify impactful features
  • Within 4 months: Define learning transformation roadmap with clients and identify needed resources; activate and build digital strategy for book of business (outbound campaigns, inbound ticket management, webinars); define planning of initiatives; identify and document customer use-cases; develop trust-based relationships with clients, especially top management; work with Account Managers to identify growth opportunities
  • Within 12 months: Reduce churn by identifying at-risk customers and implementing action plans; identify and record strong leaders in client's team in CRM SFDC; develop and share good business practices with the Client Success Team
