Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2+ years’ experience in digital and brand marketing, ideally across multiple brands or business lines
Proven experience with CRM/email platforms, data analysis, and campaign management
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
Advanced level of computer literacy in Microsoft packages, particularly in Excel
Excellent team player
Ability to work in a fast-moving dynamic environment
Confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration in an organization
Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle and complete multiple projects under tight deadlines
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and may require some travel in support of promotional activity (expected to be minimal)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital strategies for multiple Terex MP brands
Manage lead generation, CRM/email, PPC, SEO, website, social media, webinars, and analytics
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to align digital initiatives with business goals
Create and implement marketing plans for Terex Environmental brands
Manage budgets for Terex Environmental brands
Organize tradeshows for Terex Environmental brands
Handle advertising for Terex Environmental brands
Oversee content creation for Terex Environmental brands
Support sales teams with tailored marketing collateral and campaigns
Drive brand awareness and engagement through multi-channel activities
Balance priorities across brands and business lines
Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection
Analyze and report on campaign performance
Other duties as assigned
