Requirements

  • 2 Years experience in a Publishing role, DSP, Society or similar organisation
  • An aptitude for logical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and then explain complex processes
  • Able to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Well-organised and excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Domo or other analytics packages (desirable)
  • Experience with Monday.com/Jira/Trello (desirable)
  • Involvement in leading global engagement meetings/calls (desirable)
  • Understanding of DDEX standards (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the analysis of global digital income streams
  • Work closely with tracking and analytics and local offices to identify revenue issues and deal with queries raised
  • Work closely with our global partners to ensure data quality standards are met and to understand external factors influencing digital usage
  • Support the Administration, Finance, Business Affairs, Tracking and Royalties communities globally with ad-hoc reporting and insights
  • Improve current processes and follow through to completion
  • Assist various metadata-based projects with partners
  • Ownership of several digital analytics dashboards and ensure they are updated as necessary
  • Compile and disseminate metadata for new catalogues
  • Maintain the Digital Administration departments’ project & partner tracking package
  • Various ad-hoc projects assigned by the Director of Digital Administration
