Responsibilities

The Dialysis Program Manager RN will manage the provision of quality patient care in an independent home therapy program, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They will provide direction and guidance to the interdisciplinary team, collaborate with business unit management to grow the program, manage tactical execution of objectives, lead and develop direct reports, and manage the operations of one or more Home Therapy Programs. Additionally, they will coordinate activities, follow established policies and procedures, recommend changes, ensure subordinates adhere to protocols, participate in meetings, and interact with internal and external representatives to resolve issues and implement strategic plans.
