A strong candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3+ years in business analysis, 2+ years with Salesforce (Field Service/Case Management) and SQL (Snowflake preferred), solar industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
