Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, and have at least four years of relevant work experience in a Software QA role. Strong knowledge of software testing techniques, including code reviews, code coverage, unit and flow testing, use case testing, and various testing methodologies (white and black box) is required. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab, along with experience using defect tracking tools like JIRA, is also desired. Strong skills in Python, Tcl, or C++ programming are needed, as well as desirable GenAI and LLM skills.
As a DFX Software QA Test Dev Engineer, you will provide hardware, software, and lab support for testing and validation processes, architect highly automated and customizable Software Quality processes for design flows, craft test plans and write test cases based on user requirements and provide automation of testing, architect and maintain regression testing frameworks, perform code reviews and dynamic testing, continuously deliver high-quality, bug-free Software Applications, and work closely with diverse team members to provide DFT and DFP methodologies for industry-leading chip designs. You will also support the development of tools using C++/Python/TCL and work cross-functionally with DFT Methodology, Implementation, and design teams.
